Psychometrics

In recent years I have taken part in various psychometric test programs. This is a very brief summary of my results.

Myers-Briggs: ENTP (Extravert, iNtuitive, Thinking and Perceiving).

Determines inherent behavioural traits, suggesting that I am adaptive, analytical, challenging, resourceful, strategic and enterprising. See sample site for more information.

"StrengthsFinder" (Gallup): Intellection, Harmony, Learner, Input, and Responsibility.

Selects key strengths from a table of 34 different themes. These suggest that I am adept at mental activity and problem solving, building harmony, learning, inquisition, determining value and taking ownership. See Gallup's own site for greater detail.

Hermann Brain: 1122.

Based on the study on the use of right and left, upper and lower brain quadrants. My table shows principal dominance in the upper and lower left side (the 11) with secondary dominance in the upper and lower right side (22). This is pretty balanced over-all, but indicates strength in logical thinking, technical orientation, detailed planning, implementation and administrative tasks. The Hermann Brain web-site has more information on the technique.
